Scott here (Orange pants) For people asking how to improve just keep at it, its the same with anything - persistence pays off! Or I recommend attending RDS for a month and you will improve your fitness, strength and flexibility while with us, Guaranteed! For people saying its easier on knuckles, for me it makes no difference hands, knuckles, wide grip, narrow grip, whatever, I train hard and push myself so I can do any version although I prefer doing it on my knuckles for many reasons, the longest i've done in this position is 30 minutes with ups, downs, half way holds, down holds etc If you think that is easier come to RDS, keep up with me and I will give you a month for free ;) Good Luck all

I can only do a very short time, but I am aiming to complete it eventually 🤣 very very impressive. And on knuckles on concrete it does look very very hard.

Certainly is, still astonishing, both your performance and the fact that be it planks, push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, sqats... That song works for each of these exercices, excentric training is the best (imo) for martial arts due to body control

POV: your PE teacher is making you do this for your daily workout but you can’t even do a push-up but your doing online school this year and you don’t have to be in zoom for the class and all you have to do is fill out the workout log on fridays so your glad because there’s so way you’d last even 1 push-up because when you go down you just fall on your face🕺

yesterday(9 march 21) i had skipped n today 10 march 2021 it was 2nd try did 2 more reps(11) then 1st try(9)but the best thing is on first try i stuckup at long music i couldnt hold my self longer as per beat but today i hold the down position n did 2 more reps after wards its awsome feels hell lot of energy strength n power in shoulder arms back and abs
