I just started day 1 of 0 to 100. I couldn't finish any of the workouts but I did my best to push as much as I could. I will keep going according to the schedule and hopefully at some point I will be able to keep up and finish it all.

Hey guys! I just finished this challenge and I wanted to say that I definitely see results. I had a semi defined 2 pack when I started but now I have a defined 4 pack. I plan on continuing this challenge for another month because I think it’s great for targeting the lower abs. The first few days were pretty bad because my body was adjusting to the workout and I was sore. By halfway, I was doing weighted crunches with 35 lb kettlebell, leg lifts with 10 pound weights, and oblique twists with a 10 pound ball. The hardest part about doing this challenge is actually bringing yourself to do the exercises in the first place. Once in the groove, it’s not too bad. I did additional sets of crunches, bicycles, and oblique twists if I wasn’t too tired that day. I also did hanging leg raises/knee raises on my pull-up bar whenever I saw it. In conjunction with this challenge, I did cardio 2-3x a week at 300 calories per session. Coupled with a good diet and a caloric deficit, you’ll definitely see results.

I've never suffered this much physically in years. Enduring all that in a row seems impossible. Plus, i have no idea how to get to those postures and maintain it like those hip raises. What would take around 20 minutes would take an hour for me. I can't also hold my neck up for so long. Any tips you guys would suggest to cope with this?

If your legs hurt instead of your abs, it means you aren't doing the exercises correctly. Make sure that you always have your lower back TOUCHING THE FLOOR. If you feel like you can't hold your lower back on the floor anymore, you can raise your legs a bit higher. The higher you raise your legs, the easier the exercise. If you absolutely can't hold your lower back on the ground, take a break. (PS: Just in case you're not sure where the lower back area is, it's between your higher back and your butt, right behind your abs). Good luck with working out!

Hi guys, I would like to ask a question about the 0-100 program: After approximately middle of the challenge there are stars which means you should repeat the workout with 3 min rest between... So my question now is if there is standing for example legs, legs, and abs with a star does it mean u should do legs, legs, abs, legs, legs, abs? Or only legs, legs, and abs? I'm a little bit confused about it bc I would never be able to do the leg workout 4 times... Maybe it's a stupid question but hope someone can clear it

Gonna track my improvement here :D - Day 1: I wasnt really struggling with the ab workouts that I did before this, but wow I can see that I needed something more intensive now. Was killing it up until the pendulum, stopped twice there and a few times on the exercises after! Burnt out quick but made it to the end. Day 2: Okay I lied, hip raises is where I start to have to take breaks. I guess I wasn't doing them right yesterday, but there's less back pain now. Day 3: AAAAAHHHHH MY F*KIN BACK AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH. My back ached a lot today, I was pretty sore so I bet it's because I was subconsciously compensating for how weak my abs are after the routine yesterday. Day 4: I am finally feeling better at the exercises, only a slight improvement. It's also starting to feel routine Day 5: First break at the bicycle kicks! Improvement from before. Did everything until then straight through Day 6: nothing crazy different today. Was pretty tired beforehand Day 7: Finally getting tired of the music in this video Day 8: Pretty ok no notes on the workout. My upper abs seeing some results?? Day 9: No motivation today but got through it Day 10: took a day off yesterday bc I was helping my mom move her office. Way less motivation after taking the break but at the same time I think I needed it. Day 11: doin better, back hurt a bit Day 12: I felt a lot better about each exercise today

Great video man! Before I used to think six packs come from strong abs, however it comes down to your body fat % which is most easily reduced by high intensity workouts, cardiovascular exercises and diet. If you dont burn fat it is hard to get a six pack regardless of how many sit ups you do.
